Brauerei Veltins

In 1824 a small country brewery in Grevenstein began to brew beer according to the German purity law. Over 190 years later, one of the most modern private breweries in Europe is presented here: the C. & A. VELTINS brewery. The basis of this success story of the company, which has been run by the Veltins family for five generations, is a passion for the art of brewing, a willingness to innovate, investment power, entrepreneurial vision and a corporate culture that is characterized by team spirit and the highest quality standards. To this day, premium beer is brewed exclusively from the highest quality ingredients - malt, hops, yeast and the purest spring water - strictly in accordance with the purity law of 1516. The water that springs from the springs in the nature reserve around Grevenstein is exceptionally soft.
